Role Description

Executive Support and Administrative Skills

Experience managing calendars and correspondence for CEO
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Marketing Skills

Experience with digital marketing channels and social media platforms
Ability to create marketing campaigns and strategies that deliver measurable results
Expertise in content creation, writing, and editing
Financial Planning and Wealth Management:
Basic knowledge of financial planning and wealth management principles
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus

Professional Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience in executive support/administration and marketing roles a plus
